Choosing the right size
Wedding signs are usually seen from farther away than home signs, and they need to show up clearly in wide photos. That usually means going a size larger than you would for a bedroom. A few tips:
- For a backdrop, the sign should read clearly in a photo that shows the couple from head to toe.
- Long names or phrases work better split onto two lines.
- Tape a paper template to a wall and look at it from 15 to 20 feet away to judge.

- Soft or light pink: romantic and very popular for evening receptions.
- Cool white: crisp and modern, great against greenery.

Mounting at a venue
Many venues do not allow screws in their walls, so plan ahead:
- Every LED neon sign comes with wall-mount hardware and a hanging kit, so it can hang from a backdrop frame, arch or stand.
- Ask your venue or florist whether their backdrop can support a hanging sign.
- Check where the nearest outlet is. Signs plug into a normal outlet through a 12V power supply, and you may need an extension cord on the outlet side.
- Ask your coordinator to test the sign during setup, not five minutes before the ceremony.
Timeline
- Two to three months out: decide wording and style, and request a free mockup.
- After approval: signs are delivered within 7–10 business days, but ordering early gives you room for any changes and for your coordinator to plan around it.
- Week of the wedding: hand the sign, power supply and remote to the person handling setup, with a note on where it goes.
After the big day
